What you’ll be doing:

• Supervising classes when the teacher’s away
• Delivering pre-set work and helping students stay focused
• Managing classroom behaviour with calm confidence
• Bringing energy and enthusiasm into every lesson

• Have a degree in any subject (education or not!)
• Want experience before applying for teacher training or PGCE
• Are confident speaking to groups and building rapport quickly
