SEN Teaching Assistant

Pay Rate: £100 £ 110 per day

PK Education are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work across primary and secondary schools in South Yorkshire
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them reach their full potential.

As an SEN TA, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Support students with emotional, behavioural and academic needs
• Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and SENCOs

• Previous experience working with SEN children or young people
• A caring, patient and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential)
