GSL Education are seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in schools across Sheffield (S2), providing valuable classroom support and helping pupils stay engaged with their learning.

As an LSA
, you will work closely with teachers and pupils, offering one-to-one and small group support to ensure every child can access the curriculum confidently.

• Provide individual and small group support as an LSA
  .
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom routines.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs and encourage positive behaviour.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• A patient, supportive, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
