This HLTA/ Cover Supervisor role will entail covering classes from EYFS to KS2, carrying out interventions and booster groups.

The Headteacher of this Primary School is looking for an experienced HLTA/ Covers Supervisor who is motivated and eager to develop.

You will receive excellent education and training opportunities as well as career progression. This role would suit an aspiring teacher, as this primary school can offer a teacher training programme!

To be considered for this role, you must have experience covering classes from Nursery to Year 6 and delivering pre‑planned lessons as well as working with small groups and individuals to raise attainment.

This experience will open your eyes to the planning and delivery of different subjects and will give you an understanding of behaviour management schemes. This role is a great first step into your teacher training and will benefit you with a well‑rounded and accurate experience of working full time within a primary school.
