As a Qualified Primary Teacher working on a supply basis with Tailor

EDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning and development within primary school settings across the Maidstone area. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, age‑appropriate lessons (pre‑planned or your own where required), maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification (essential)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• A positive, adaptable approach and a commitment to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
