Term Time Only Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
We are delighted to be recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and nurturing schoolوبه-based nursery in Kidderminster. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a supportive primary school community where children are at the heart of everything we do.
About the RoleYou will play a vital role in supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 3-4 in our welcoming nursery environment. Working closely with the Nursery Teacher and wider school team, you will help create a safe, engaging and stimulating setting that prepares children for a confident transition into Reception.
Key Responsibilities- Support children's learning through play-based and adult-led activities
- Provide a warm, caring and inclusive environment
- Observe, assess and contribute to children's learning journeys
- Support children's personal, social and emotional development
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and EYFS policies
- Work in partnership with parents and staff
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children aged 0-5
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
- A friendly, supportive primary school setting
- Term-time working pattern for great work-life balance
- Fixed hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday
