About the role

We have a wide range of opportunities for Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and Behaviour Mentors across the county.

About you

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enthusiastic individuals passionate about supporting students’ learning and wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy and adaptability to work with diverse student needs.
  • Prior experience in education or youth support (desirable but not essential).
  • Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
  • You may support pupils 1:1, in small groups or within the classroom alongside the teacher — full guidance provided, even if this is your first role in education.
