We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team on an on-call basis, providing day-to-day cover in primary and SEN schools across Northamptonshire. This role is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, enjoy working with children, and are capable of supporting educational activities on short notice.

• Be prepared to accept on-call bookings in the mornings for same-day assignments.
• Assist classroom teachers in delivering educational activities.
• Support individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks.
• Help manage classroom resources and setup for activities.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students.
• Provide feedback on student progress and classroom activities to the lead teacher.

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings and needs.
• A supportive and patient approach to student learning.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
