SENCo - Bryanston Prep

Bryanston Prep is seeking a highly committed, forward‑thinking SENCo to lead and further develop our provision for pupils with learning needs. The successful candidate will champion pupils with learning needs and ensure they thrive academically, socially and emotionally in line with Bryanston’s inclusive ethos. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on teaching and pupil support.

The school is a co‑educational full‑boarding institution set in a 400‑acre campus in Dorset, educating 780 pupils aged 3‑18. Staff enjoy a supportive and collaborative culture and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a close‑knit community.

Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; applicants may be asked to declare all convictions or cautions.
