Teacher Active is on the lookout for passionate Cover Supervisors to join our team and support Secondary Schools across Sheffield. With demand soaring, this is your chance to shine! As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person, confidently leading classrooms when teachers are away.

What you’ll be doing :

Delivering pre-set lessons across various subjects
Keeping the classroom engaged and on track
Supporting students with their tasks and activities
Answering questions and guiding learning
Collecting and passing on completed work
Providing feedback on class behaviour and progress
Managing any immediate issues in line with school policies

Desired but not essential qualifications:

Level 2 or 3 - Award in Support Work in Schools
Level 2 or 3 - Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
