OverviewAre you an experienced Nursery Practitioner or EYFS Teacher looking for a role that fits around your life, not the other way round? We're on the lookout for Level 3 qualified practitioners who bring energy, patience and a genuine love for early years education. If you believe the magic happens in messy play, cosy story corners and those tiny everyday milestones, you'll feel right at home here.
This is a full-time, permanent position within a welcoming and well-supported nursery. You'll work 40 hours per week on a shift pattern between 7.30am and 6.00pm, as part of a collaborative, friendly team who truly value what you do. What we're looking for- Minimum CACHE Level 3 in Childcare
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Montessori knowledge and a creative approach to learning
- A genuine passion for child development
- Delivering engaging, play-based learning that inspires children at the very start of their educational journey
- Working closely with a supportive team to plan purposeful, creative activities
- Taking responsibility as a key worker, completing observations and assessments for your key children
- Building strong, trusting relationships with parents, colleagues and pupils
- Creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, seen and ready to learn

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
