Graduate Teacher – Secondary Schools

Location: Luton

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Teacher to join secondary schools across Luton
, starting within the next few weeks
. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who want hands‑on experience working with secondary‑age students
, regardless of subject specialism.

• Pay: £90 per day
• Hours:
  
  Part‑time or Full‑time available but will need to be able to do full days 8:30am till 3:30pm
• Location:
  
  Luton (must be able to travel locally)
• Start Date:
  
  Immediate / within the next few weeks

• Cover supervisor role
• Working with secondary students (ages 11–16/18)
• Supporting classroom learning and behaviour
• Delivering pre‑planned lessons or providing general classroom support
• Gaining valuable experience in a secondary school environment

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any subject)
• Interest in working with secondary students
• Ability to travel between schools in Luton
• Strong communication and classroom presence

• Previous school experience is desirable but not essential
• Newly qualified graduates are welcome to apply
