In the role of Personal Development Tutor, you'll predominantly be based at The Brunel Construction centre, but may work across all our Huddersfield and Dewsbury Centres. Your focus will be on delivering excellent personal development tutorials.
- Deliver the personal development programme through tutorial lessons. The personal development pledge covers citizenship, careers guidance, preparation for next steps, skills development, enrichment and health and wellbeing.
- Support students with their work preparation (inc placement) and work closely with the work placement officers.
- Previous experience of designing and delivering outstanding sessions with young people; differentiated to meet the needs of diverse groups (or proven equivalent ability).
- Ability to communicate effectively across all areas of the college, build effective working relationships and provide first‑class customer service.
