• Supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly
• Deliver pre‑prepared work and keep pupils focused and engaged
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide support and guidance where needed, helping pupils stay on track
• Be a positive role model, creating a calm and productive learning environment

• A degree (any subject) or proven experience with young people, backed up by a confident can‑do attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Professional presence and the ability to adapt quickly
• Previous experience in education, youth work, coaching, or tutoring is helpful, but not essential
