• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Maths lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
• Prepare students effectively for examinations and assessments
• Nurture problem‑solving skills and mathematical confidence across all ability levels
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely and meaningful feedback
• Differentiate teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of your class
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and a positive learning culture
• Collaborate with colleagues on departmental planning and curriculum development
• Support the academic and personal growth of every student in your care

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject
• Classroom experience teaching Maths is desirable, though newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply
• Confident classroom management skills and a proactive, professional attitude
• The ability to inspire and motivate students across a range of abilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to complete a new application)
