GSL Education are seeking a passionate and energetic PE Teacher to work across a number of secondary schools in Sheffield, delivering engaging physical education lessons and promoting positive attitudes towards sport, health and wellbeing.

Schools across Sheffield are focused on creating structured and supportive learning environments where students are encouraged to participate, stay active and build resilience through sport. These settings value consistency, clear expectations and teachers who can bring strong classroom presence to both practical and theory-based lessons.

As a PE Teacher, you will deliver high-quality PE lessons across KS3 and KS4, encouraging participation, teamwork and personal development through a range of sports and physical activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong behaviour management during practical sessions and ensuring lessons are delivered safely and effectively.

• Deliver PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Plan and lead engaging physical activities and sports sessions
• Promote teamwork, discipline and healthy lifestyles
• Manage behaviour effectively during practical lessons
• Assess and monitor student progress
• Encourage participation across all ability levels
• Support extracurricular sporting activities where required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities
• Reliable, professional and adaptable approach
