as a behaviour mentor in havering, london, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students with challenging behaviour and special educational needs. Working closely with dedicated staff in a school rated 'outstanding' by ofsted, you'll have the opportunity to develop positive relationships and make a lasting impact on student wellbeing and academic success.
key responsibilities of a behaviour mentor- provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
- assist children with challenging behaviour, using empathy and excellent communication skills.
- collaborate with teachers and the sen team to create a positive learning environment.
- use your creativity and aspiration to inspire students to reach their potential.
- contribute to the overall ethos of integrity, creativity, and aspiration within the school.
- a minimum 2:1 degree from a top 20 uk university.
- outstanding a-level results.
- a passion for working with children, particularly those with sen.
- patience, empathy, and excellent listening skills.
- a desire to progress within the field of education.

- pay: £444-£513 weekly via paye (including holiday pay)
