about the role

as a behaviour mentor in havering, london, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students with challenging behaviour and special educational needs. Working closely with dedicated staff in a school rated 'outstanding' by ofsted, you'll have the opportunity to develop positive relationships and make a lasting impact on student wellbeing and academic success.

key responsibilities of a behaviour mentor
  • provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
  • assist children with challenging behaviour, using empathy and excellent communication skills.
  • collaborate with teachers and the sen team to create a positive learning environment.
  • use your creativity and aspiration to inspire students to reach their potential.
  • contribute to the overall ethos of integrity, creativity, and aspiration within the school.
what you'll need to succeed
  • a minimum 2:1 degree from a top 20 uk university.
  • outstanding a-level results.
