Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant

Location: North Sheffield S35

Pay: £92.63 - £100 per day

Contract: Full-time / Long-term

Start Date: September 2026

Are you a KS2 Teaching Assistant who loves being the steady presence in a busy classroom? We’re supporting a friendly North Sheffield primary school looking for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to join them from September. This is a long-term role with consistency, supportive staff, and pupils who benefit from calm, positive support.

Responsibilities
  • Classroom support across KS2
  • Small group and 1:1 support where needed
  • Helping pupils stay on track and engaged with learning
  • Supporting behaviour and routines with a calm approach
Qualifications
  • Have experience in a primary or KS2 setting
  • Are patient, adaptable, and proactive
  • Enjoy supporting children academically and emotionally
  • Value teamwork and clear communication
