The successful candidate must:
- Be able to work effectively withinthe team to ensure there are high quality and effective learning opportunities for all children
- Have previous experience of working within a primary school setting
- Work closely within the year groupand whole school team
- Be a motivational communicator for children of all abilities ensuring learning is engaging and inclusive
- Be keen to work in partnership with teachers and as part of a cohesive team
- Be flexible in order to respond tothe needs of the children
- Have the ability to build excellent relationships and work positively with children, colleagues
