Outcomes First Group is recruiting an Outreach Teacher to join Smallbrook School in Shrewsbury. This permanent role offers up to £29,000 per annum based on experience, aimed at supporting students with significant learning challenges outside the traditional classroom setting.
The successful candidate will deliver tailored learning, engage families and promote inclusion for students facing attendance and behaviour difficulties. The position requires a teaching qualification and experience with SEND and SEMH needs.
