About the ProgrammeThe King’s Trust Team Programme is a 12-week personal development programme designed to support young people who may be disengaged from education or employment, lacking confidence or direction, facing barriers to learning, or experiencing social, emotional, or personal challenges, and who are looking to improve their future opportunities.
- The programme combines team-building activities, community projects, employability and enterprise skills, work experience opportunities, residential experiences, confidence and wellbeing development, English and maths support, and progression planning.
- At the heart of the programme is the belief that every young person has potential.
