Job Title

Teacher of Drama at E-ACT Parkwood Academy

Parkwood E-Act Academy is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Drama Teacher to support students through engaging lessons, guiding performances, and embedding drama across the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging Drama lessons across key stages.
  • Inspire creativity, confidence and participation in all students.
  • Direct and produce school performances, showcases and events.
  • Assess, monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to wider school life.
Pay Range

MPS/UPS – £32,916.00 – £51,048.00

Qualifications and Skills
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Degree in Drama, Performing Arts or a related subject.
  • Proven ability to deliver inspiring Drama lessons across key stages.
  • Strong knowledge of drama techniques, practitioners and performance styles.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities.
  • Experience directing productions or extracurricular activities (desirable).
