Learning Manager (Permanent)

Outwood Academy City is seeking to appoint a permanent Learning Manager. The role supports learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring to maximise student attainment.

• Provide support to learning using data‑driven strategies.
• Implement strategic interventions and monitor progress to maximise student attainment.
• Participate in safeguarding activities and work with the safeguarding team.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain a culture of kindness, positivity and mutual respect.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Organised and able to remain calm in a busy environment.
• Strong IT skills, specifically Microsoft Office; training will be provided on the management information system.
• Proactive team player with a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to relate to students.
• Active member of the Academy's safeguarding team; training will be provided.
• English and Maths GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 or above (or equivalent).
