Trustee - Events, Community & Inclusion

We're building a charity that makes events and public spaces calmer and more inclusive for neurodivergent people and those with mental health challenges. Think quiet rooms at festivals, sensory awareness workshops for event professionals, and research that actually changes how the industry works.

We're a small, passionate founding team and we're currently recruiting for two trustee roles to join us at the very beginning, helping shape how we operate from day one.

• Trustee :
  Events & Community

Someone with experience in events, festivals, venue management, or community programming who understands the pressure of high‑stimulation environments and wants to help change them.

• Trustee :
  Inclusion & Wellbeing

Someone with professional or voluntary experience in neurodiversity, mental health, disability, or accessibility, lived experience warmly welcomed.

• Bring your expertise and strategic insight to our trustee board
• Help shape charitable programmes that meet real needs
• Use your networks to open doors to partners, venues, and festivals
• Attend online board meetings (up to 4 per year) plus occasional ad hoc input

• You have relevant experience in one of the two areas above
• You're based in England or Wales
• Lived experience of neurodiversity, mental health, or exclusion from mainstream spaces is warmly welcomed.

These are founding trustee roles. You won't be inheriting someone else's systems, you'll be helping build them. If you want your trustee experience to genuinely matter, this is it.
