Key Responsibilities
- Supporting learning activities
- Assist the teacher in delivering lessons.
- Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning.
- Help prepare learning materials and resources.
- Support the teacher in maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Help manage student behaviour and encourage engagement.
- Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and outings.
- Help with record-keeping, such as attendance and progress tracking.
- Prepare displays and tidy up classrooms.
- Photocopying, filing, and other clerical tasks.
- Offer emotional support and encouragement to students.
- Monitor student well-being and report concerns.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment.
- Oversee students during lunch, playtime, or on school trips.
- Ensure safety and appropriate behaviour outside the classroom.
