• Design, deliver and assess lessons in design and technology for KS3 and KS4.
• Implement innovative and practical teaching strategies that make complex processes accessible and meaningful.
• Plan, sequence, and assess curriculum to achieve high expectations for achievement, behaviour, and personal development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workshop environment where students feel confident to experiment, take risks, and refine ideas.
• Contribute to enrichment opportunities such as design projects, competitions, and external partnerships.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
