PK Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teacher to join one of our specialist education settings from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs and helping every pupil achieve their full potential.

If you have experience working with pupils with Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and challenging behaviour, we'd love to hear from you.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Use effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals to support pupil development
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and challenging behaviour
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

• Competitive daily rates of £180 - £250 PAYE
