• Structured induction and ongoing mentoring tailored to PMLD settings

• Providing 1:1 or small‑group support for pupils with PMLD during lessons
• Assisting with sensory programmes, communication aids, and daily routines
• Supporting teachers in adapting resources for physical, sensory or communication needs
• Monitoring pupil wellbeing, engaging in movement and positioning support
• Collaborating with external therapists and recording pupil progress
