Are you a passionate Subject Specialist Teacher looking to begin or develop your teaching career in Sheffield?
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Subject Specialist Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools throughout Sheffield. We are seeking specialists in subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, Modern Foreign Languages, PE, Computing, Design Technology, and the Arts.
These roles are particularly well suited to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience, build confidence across different school settings, and secure long-term opportunities within supportive school environments.
The Role
Deliver engaging and effective lessons within your subject specialism.
Work across a variety of secondary schools in Sheffield.
Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
Support students in achieving their academic potential.
Opportunities for daily supply, short-term placements, and long-term positions.

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification for ECTs.
A degree relevant to your subject specialism.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A passion for education and student success.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
