** The Role
** No two days are ever the same, making this a varied and rewarding opportunity. You will:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
* Maintain a positive learning environment and keep students on task
* Adapt quickly to changing situations with confidence and professionalism
* Work collaboratively with staff to support continuity of learning
** What We're Looking For
*** GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, plus a Level 3 qualification
* Strong classroom management skills and a calm, confident communication style
* The ability to engage, motivate, and challenge students
* Excellent organisational skills, adaptability, and resilience
* Experience in de-escalation techniques and a commitment to professional development
* Ideally, experience in a care, education, or pastoral role
* Above all, reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
