Westfield School in Sheffield is looking for enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support students with identified additional needs. Candidates will assist KS3 students both in and outside the classroom, help with personal care, and facilitate small group and 1-1 interventions.
The ideal applicants should have good numeracy, literacy and communication skills, along with experience working with students with additional needs. A desire to inspire and support young people in realising their potential is essential.
