Prospero Teaching - Sheffield

Are you passionate about helping young people thrive, no matter their starting point? Prospero Teaching is expanding our team of dedicated 1:1 Tutors across a wide range of subjects from Maths, English and ESOL to Functional Skills, Humanities (Geography, History), and more.

Our learners range from primary age through to A-Level, and come from diverse backgrounds including SEN, young people new to the UK, and students who are out of education or transitioning back into school. Your support can be the turning point in their educational journey.

Why This Role Matters

As a 1:1 Tutor, you'll deliver personalised sessions that help students rebuild confidence, close learning gaps, and re-engage with education. Sessions are mainly in person, taking place in student homes, libraries, schools, or other public spaces, with opportunities for online tuition.

This is a flexible long-term temporary role, ideal for building up hours gradually, with the potential to work up to full time depending on your availability.
