Job Title
Full‑time KS2 Teaching & Learning Assistant
LocationThe Avenue Bengeo, Hertfordshire SG14 3DX
Salary & ContractSalary range: £24,796 – £25,989
Pay details: H2/H3 – dependent on qualifications
Start date:
2 September 2026
Contract:
Fixed‑term until July 2027, with potential extension in Summer 2027
- Work as part of a team of Teaching & Learning Assistants (TLAs)
- Support a whole class or assist a child with an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP) and specific learning needs such as autism
- Collaborate with the Deputy Head, the school’s SENCo and external agencies to provide appropriate support
