- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience of working with young people, ideally within a school setting
- Acaring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and a passion for supporting children
- Additional training or experience in SEND, EAL, behaviour support, or first aid (desirable)
- Confidence in using digital learning tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
- The ability to support learning across a range of subjects
