We are looking for an experienced, compassionate SEND Teacher to join a partner school in Sheffield. This role requires a calm approach to a diverse classroom and confidence to support pupils with additional needs. Ideal candidates will have a background in autism support, SEMH, or complex needs, and will teach, nurture, and help students reach their potential.

• Design and deliver lessons for Maths, English, and Science for students with SEND.
• Implement inclusive teaching strategies, modify curriculum, and adapt assessment methods to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with specialist teachers, support staff, and external agencies to plan and monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of learning progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming classroom environment.

• Qualified teacher of Maths, English, or Science with a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).
• Relevant experience teaching students with special educational needs and disabilities.
• Knowledge of national curriculum, inclusion policy, learning support services, and safeguarding guidelines.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and team‑working skills.
• Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
