The End-Point Assessment Facilitator plays an essential role in the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship assessments by supporting the Independent Assessor and bringing assessment scenarios to life. They ensure the assessment experience is authentic, well‑placed, and delivered in line with the requirements of the apprenticeship standard and assessment plan. The Facilitator helps create a realistic and professional environment that enables apprentices to demonstrate their competence effectively.
