We are looking for enthusiastic HLTAs to work on a full-time, part-time, long-term or short-term basis from September. The successful HLTA will support teaching and learning across all Primary year groups, delivering planned lessons, covering classes when required and working closely with teachers to provide high quality education and support for all pupils.

The successful HLTA will have:

HLTA qualification or relevant equivalent experience
Experience working within UK Primary schools
Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
Excellent classroom management skills
The ability to lead whole class learning with confidence
A positive, flexible and proactive approach
