Are you a dedicated Primary Teacher who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and helping children reach their full potential? A welcoming primary school in Sheffield S5 is seeking a committed General Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

As a General Primary Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum, creating an engaging classroom where pupils feel motivated to learn and achieve. You will plan and assess learning effectively, adapt teaching to meet individual needs, and encourage pupils to develop both academically and personally. • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.

• Adapt teaching to meet the varying needs of all learners.
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents and carers.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
