Empowering Learning are partnering with a welcoming secondary school in Richmond to recruit a dedicated Learning Manager who can support students academically and pastorally.
You will work with teaching staff, families and external agencies to create a positive learning environment where students feel safe, supported and motivated to succeed, with KS3/KS4 guidance, mentoring and targeted intervention to improve attendance, behaviour and wellbeing.
