Morthyng Group is seeking a dedicated Student Support Officer based in Rotherham. You will manage a caseload of 16-19 learners on the study programme, arrange training and work tasters, and help learners plan their learning paths.
The role requires mentoring, coaching and placement sourcing, with a focus on progression. The candidate should hold or pursue IAG Level 3 or 4, possess strong organisational and communication skills, and be adaptable to change.
