Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking an Education Welfare Officer to help improve pupil attendance across designated schools. The role involves working with schools, governors and external partners to identify barriers to engagement and provide early help where needed.
The post is based in a school setting, requiring a full driving licence and ability to travel around the County Borough. Training will be provided and the team collaborates across directorates.
