We're looking for a compassionate, proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team in Sheffield. If you're passionate about supporting students with additional needs and want a role where your work truly matters, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide tailored support to students in one-on-one and group settings
Work closely with teachers and specialists to boost learning outcomes
Monitor progress and share feedback to help students succeed.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Assist with implementing EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
(Optional) Background in healthcare or care work is a bonus
Strong understanding of learning disabilities and effective support strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
