Your non-negotiables:
Valid QTS/QTLS (or recognised UK teaching equivalence).
Proven affinity for SEN-whether through employment, placements, or personal experience.
Confidence in planning, resourcing, and evaluating bespoke learning journeys for pupils with wide-ranging needs.
Composure under pressure-handling tricky moments with warmth and authority.
Spontaneity and adaptability-because primary SEN throws curveballs, and you'll knock them out the park.
