Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Supply Role

Pay: £120 - £150 per day

We are recruiting passionate Early Career Teachers to work on a supply basis in a range of primary schools across Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster Dronfield & Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, develop your teaching practice, and experience up to 50 different school environments. As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support pupils' academic progress while adapting to different classroom settings.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across your subject or key stage
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Provide feedback on pupil progress where required
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Quickly build rapport with students and staff

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it (ECTs welcome)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability across different school settings
• A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for teaching
• Ability to engage and motivate pupils of all abilities
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
