Academics in Maidenhead is seeking a Trauma Support Assistant to work with pupils who have experienced trauma and emotional distress, providing both emotional and academic support in a specialist SEMH setting.
You will support students 1:1 or in small groups using trauma-informed strategies, build trust-based relationships and create a calm, structured environment that promotes safety, mental health and resilience.
