From autism to ADHD, communication disorders to complex learning needs-you'll be the steady presence that makes learning possible. YOUR MISSION (SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT): ? Be their champion
-supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, building confidence and core skills. ? Think on your feet
-adapting lessons, resources, and approaches to fit each unique learner. ? Turn behaviour into progress
-using positive, tailored strategies that build self-esteem and engagement. ? Collaborate like a pro
-working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and families to track progress and shape EHCPs. ? Embrace every challenge
-from sensory sensitivities to speech delays, you'll meet each child where they are and take them further. WHO YOU ARE:
Qualified or experienced
-Level 3 TA or equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings. SEN-savvy
-you've supported children with additional needs and know how to adapt, connect, and inspire. Calm under pressure
-patient, flexible, and solution-focused when things get tricky. DBS-ready
-Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or happy to get one fast. Reference-perfect
-two strong professional references ready to go. WHAT WE GIVE YOU: £92.56-£110 per day (holiday included)-with higher rates for extra experience or qualifications. Paid weekly
-term-time only, temporary Monday-Friday. Free CPD
