Level 3 TA qualified
-or with substantial equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings. Proven SEN experience
-whether in schools, residential care, or community programmes. You've seen the challenges, and you rise to them. Skilled in differentiation, visual supports, and assistive tech
-you know the tools and when to use them. Patient, adaptable, and solution-focused
-with the communication skills to build trust with pupils, staff, and families alike. DBS-ready
-an active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to obtain one fast. Reference-perfect
