As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support children’s education both inside and outside the classroom. This role involves assisting with lesson preparation, helping individual or small groups of pupils, and contributing to creating an engaging and positive learning atmosphere.

• Minimum qualification:
  
  Certificate (Level 2 or equivalent)
• No previous experience required; training will be provided
• Good communication skills with children and adults
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills

• A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development
• Patience, kindness, and understanding towards all pupils
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism at all times
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on feedback positively
