The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs. You will help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment where every child feels supported and valued.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
Supporting pupils with their learning and development.
Helping pupils engage positively in classroom activities.
Assisting with the implementation of individual learning and support plans.
Supporting pupils with communication, social and emotional development.
Working closely with teachers and other school staff.
