The Supply Register is proud to be working in exclusive partnership with the L.E.A.D Academy Trust, supporting their Sheffield primary schools with high‑quality staffing. We are now recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our supply bank and work across:

• Birley Spa Primary Academy
• Birley Primary Academy
• Charnock Hall Primary Academy
• Rainbow Forge Primary Academy

These schools offer welcoming environments, supportive leadership teams, and opportunities to make a real impact across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the primary phase.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Leading small‑group interventions and targeted support
• Providing 1:1 support where required
• Assisting with behaviour management and pupil engagement
• Supporting teachers with planning, assessment and classroom routines
• Helping maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment

• HLTA qualification or strong TA experience with proven cover experience
• Confidence delivering lessons independently
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A proactive, flexible and supportive approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
